What time is check in and check out for camping? Check in is anytime after 2 p.m. Check out is anytime before 12 p.m. If you would like late check in/check out, it is subject to site availability and may only be requested on the day of arrival or departure by calling 619-390-1623 during kiosk hours. Fees will apply. How many people may we have in one campsite? All campsites are limited to 6 persons with the only exception being the Super Site. The Super Site is limited to 12 persons.Are we able to bring our pets? Pets are not permitted on the recreation/day use side of the lake. Pets staying in the campground must be registered and a fee paid per night. Pets must stay in and around the campground only. They are permitted on the flume trail and campground loop trail. They are not permitted down by the water or on the lake loop trail. A maximum of three pets are allowed per campsite reservation. Pets must be kept on a 6-foot maximum leash at all times. All dogs must have a license and current rabies vaccination. Campers must clean up after their pets immediately. Pets showing signs of aggression will not be allowed and is at the discretion of staff. Pets cannot be left unattended. No livestock permitted at Lake Jennings. May we have a campfire?
No ground fires are allowed. Campfires must be in designated fire rings only. Maximum fuel height is 12 inches above the fire ring. During high fire danger, fires may be limited to small charcoal fires only. All fires must be fully extinguished by 11 p.m. Fires must be attended at all times.
What is the campground cancellation policy? Short Term Cancellation Policy (For stays 1-14 nights) Reservation cancellations more than 14 days before the arrival date will be charged the reservation fee and cancellation fee. Reservation cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the reservation fee, cancellation fee, and the first night camping fee. Reservation cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit all fees. Reservations may be transferred to a different date within 60 days of original arrival with a minimum of 3 days notice prior to the original arrival. A $5 transfer fee will be charged per transferred site. There are no refunds for transfers to a lesser site type or for decreased stay length. There are no refunds or transfers for reservations that are shortened after arrival
